Today was A Walk For Autism!! It was freezing outside, but we said we are doing this no matter what the weather would bring us! We ended up walking a mile. I couldn't believe Aralynn actually walked the whole time. She actually wanted to walk more, but Mommy's tummy was starting to hurt a little so I knew I should slow down a bit.
We got a total of $40.00 donation from family, that we donated right away.
Today the kids donated $56.00 more. They explained to the woman that this was their money they worked for AND money they made from their kool-aid stand. The woman was so pleased to hear their story she asked me to write down their names and our address where they will soon be recognized for their total of $96.00 donation.
We are very proud of our little ones!
